In 2014, Germany exported $1.41T and imported $1.13T, resulting in a positive trade balance of $271B. In 2014, the GDP of Germany was $3.87T and its GDP per capita was $46.4k. The few top export destinations of Germany are the US with $121B, France $119B, UK $110B and China with $96.7B.

Introduction to the history of Germany

On May 23, 1949 Germany had officially become a country. This country that is located within the heart of Western Europe with a population of about 80.64 million citizens today. This significant country is bordered by Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, the North Sea, and even the Baltic Sea. It is also known that Germany has a specific location which is located on North European Plain. This is also along the entrance of the Baltic Sea as well.  The Government systems within Germany is a federal republic as there chief of the state is known as the president, the head government is the chancellor. As for Germany’s economy, they have a variety of different systems. These systems consist of private freedom, combined with centralized economic planning, and government regulation, as they are also a member of the European Union.
